1. Yes definitely brown the sausage as mentioned in step 2.
2. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
3.Yes cook the veg, then add the liquids and simmer as described clearly in steps 3 and 4.
4.  You don&#039;t need to thicken with cornstarch and water but you can if you want a thicker stew-like base. Just mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of cold water and stir it into the mixture before adding the sliced potatoes.]]></description>
